Compared with coating grade and injection grade PPS, the properties of PPS resin for fiber are very different. There are higher requirements for phase linear degree, molecular weight, polydispersity coefficient, melt index, melting viscosity of alcohol acid paint and impurities. Like most conventional fibers, alkyd ready mixed paint, PPS fiber has excellent textile processing performance and is very easy to manufacture and process, PPS can be spun into multifilament, polyurethane paint and monofilament of various specifications. There are many factors affecting the embroiderability of PPS, but the main ones are molecular structure and melt index. The better the linearity of PPS resin, the better the spinnability.
