Practice has proved that the following technologies are effective for the production of high-performance aramid fiber.


1. Super stretching technology, usually greater than 10 times, is used to obtain a highly oriented fiber structure.


2. Increase the hydrogen bond in the molecular chain to improve the rigidity of the molecular chain, and increase the hydrogen bond between the molecular chains to improve the radial strength of the fiber.


3. The rigidity, flexibility, regularity, crystallinity and hydrogen bond density of molecular chain are adjusted by copolymerization.


4. A more rigid and regular molecular chain was synthesized, and a highly oriented straight chain structure was obtained by liquid crystal spinning.


5. Repair technologies for structural defects, such as fine denier, impregnation heat treatment, high-pressure spinning, etc.


6. Space for structural adjustment of primary fiber shall be reserved for heat treatment.
